I make a point of not posting personal stuff here, but I cannot keep quiet about this: I was let go from my job at Bahcesehir University in Istanbul, and I wasn’t given a reason either. For those who don’t know, there is no tenure system in Turkish private universities. Future plans? Don’t know. But, there will be a follow-up post on Viterbi Algorithm soon :)
